Nariel Creek - Nariel Creek Camping Area 3 (CLWF) is a Parks Victoria campground in Victoria’s High Country, 23 km S of Corryong.
This camping area is on licensed Crown water frontage. It remains public land but has a licence over it that allows the adjoining landowner/farmer to graze stock on it. Your right to access this public land remains intact as the licence does not provide an exclusive right or use by the licensee. Typically camping is prohibited on licensed Crown water frontage. However, some special areas (such as this one) have been set-aside to allow self-sufficient camping. From Colac Colac, travel west on Murray Valley Hwy for 2.2 km then turn left onto Benambra-Corryong Road for 25.7 km. Nariel Creek - Nariel camping area 3 is on the right hand side with the camping area immediately within the Crown frontage. Leave all gates as you find them.
