This drive is suitable for novice drivers in all-wheel drive and high range 4WDs. Can be slippery when wet and subject to snow. This tour links the rural towns of Omeo and Dargo via Mt Birregun, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. It is an easy drive over the summer months, but the roads can get quite wet over winter and be subject to snow. The tour starts at Omeo’s Livingstone Creek Park, which is the base for the Omeo MTB trails, with picnic and overnight camping facilities.
