Cascades Track is a Parks Victoria riding route in Victoria’s High Country, 11 km E of Marysville.

This intermediate trail through beautiful mountain forests starts at Lake Mountain and descends 1550m, with 500m of climbing, down into Marysville. It will take between 3 to 5 hours to complete, with lots of great views, steep berms, flowy descents and jumps with A and B line options. Bring plenty of snacks, water and spares because this is a strenuous remote country ride that requires your full attention.
Getting there
From Marysville, head towards Lake Mountain Alpine Resort on the Marysville-Woods Point Road. After 10km, turn right onto the Lake Mountain Road and continue for 10km to reach the Lake Mountain Resort. The trailhead is on the right as you enter the main carpark.
