Mount Hedrick Walking Track is a Parks Victoria walk in Victoria’s High Country, 6.2 km N of Coongulla.

Mt Hedrick Walking Track is a scenic walk which predominantly follows a ridgeline from Mt Hedrick to Huggetts Lookout. Stunning views are available to the North with unique rocky outcrops and boulders providing an insight into the geology of the Avon - Mt Hedrick Natural Features and Scenic Reserve. Caution should be taken in these sections especially in wet conditions. It is also recommended that those completing a return walk would follow the same route along the ridgeline from Huggetts Lookout to Mt Hedrick carpark. A grade 4 walking track that climbs Mount Hedrick and crosses to the Huggetts lookout.

Getting there
From the township of Heyfield take Weir Rd North for 10km and turn Right onto Lanigan Rd. Turn Left off Lanigan Rd onto Millers Rd and follow for 7.5km. At Bulldog Junction turn right and continue on Huggetts Rd until you reach the Mt Hedrick Picnic Area. The Walking track begins on the East side of the road. The opposite end of the track can be accessed from Newry via Three Chain Rd and then Kentucky Rd. Turn left onto Huggett’s Track and after around 1.5km the walking track takes off from the left from Huggett's Lookout.
