Reform Hill Poverty Reef Loop is a Parks Victoria walk in Victoria’s High Country, 820 m E of Myrtleford.

This loop starts and finishes at Poverty Reef, which can be accessed via the Lookout loop. This walk takes in the northern section of Reform Hill, formally the site of the school pine plantation and has been replanted with native vegetation since 2011. The walk leads to an excellent lookout, overlooking the Myrtleford township and the Ovens Valley.

Getting there

The site can be accessed via the Reform Hill walking track network. From Jones Reserve, follow the Lookout Loop track north. You will pass the Hume and Hovell monument and the old water storage basin. Poverty Reef Loop starts and finishes from the same location on the Lookout Loop
