Steavenson Falls Walk is a Parks Victoria walk in Victoria’s High Country, 3.0 km SE of Marysville.

This short walk takes you to a viewing platform at the base of Steavenson Falls for great views of the waterfall dropping into a rockpool below. The gravelled path and falls are floodlit between dusk and midnight. For the more adventurous, just back from the bottom viewing platform, there are stone steps heading up the hill which take you up to another viewing platform at the top of Steavenson Falls. This is a steeper 1.6km return track with steps. Here you can look down on one of the highest waterfalls in Victoria and enjoy an impressive view of the tree covered Steavenson River Valley.

Getting there

From Marysville follow the signs to the Steavenson Falls along Falls Creek road. Park in the Steavenson Falls Carpark. Please note there is a small coin fee for parking at this site. From the carpark head to the base of the falls before taking the stone staircase to the right leading up to the top of the falls.
