Stringybark Camping Area is a Parks Victoria campground in Victoria’s High Country, 7.2 km NW of Toombullup.
Stringybark campground offers both shady and sunny camping sites with some facilities including picnic tables and fire pits. There is a large cleared area suitable for playing ball games or flying kites. Two double toilets service the campground. A walking track provides access to the site on the other side of the creek where three Police Officers were shot and killed by the Kelly Gang. The camping area is in an open grassy space, surrounded by native trees. You can choose from campsites nestled in the tall trees or others in the open which are great for groups and which get plenty of sun.
