Flow is a Parks Victoria riding route in Victoria’s High Country, 14 km NE of Lindenow.

Mt Taylor Flow Track is rated black diamond and starts at the top trailhead/ shuttle turnaround point. It is well sign posted and ends 3km later at the bottom trailhead/picnic area. The track consists of many tight bermed corners, gap jumps, kickers, "a" and "b" lines and rocky sections. It crosses Goodes Track (a road) and Milky Way XC Tk.
Getting there
Follow the Bullumwaal Rd north from Bairnsdale, passing Wy Yung and Mt Taylor Fire Station and further along past the Mt Taylor hall. 18km from Bairnsdale, at the end of the bitumen road, turn left into the Mt Taylor Mountain bike park. The trailhead is 300 metres up the picnic area.
