Mill Track

Walk 14 km W of Buxton

Mill Track is a Parks Victoria walk in Victoria’s High Country, 14 km W of Buxton.

Mill track shows a different aspect from the northern side of the Murrindindi Scenic Reserve up to Jacksons road over the bridge to the carpark where it joins up with the Wilhelmina Falls Walk. Descend down the Wilhelmina track and take in the stunning valley views before carefully stepping between and over the granite boulders to the base of the 70 m waterfall. Keep following the track down to the SEC footbridge then back to the Suspension Bridge.

Getting there

From Melbourne - travel along the Melba Highway to the intersection of Murrindindi Road just before Devlins Bridge. Turn right and drive 10km to the Reserve. The Suspension Bridge picnic area is located behind the Rangers Station and the Murrindindi River Walk trailhead can be found over the suspension bridge and to the right.
